How To Register Your Child
The AIMS administration welcomes all visitors. The administrator is available upon appointment to discuss prospective students’ education needs and our program of study.

01. Prospective Students
Prospective students must submit the following items in order to be considered for admission:
- a 1×1 recent color photo (front view position)
- a copy of previous school report cards
- character certificate by the administrator of the previous school
- the school aplication fee
02. Placement Examination
Prospective students desiring admission to AIMS may sit for a placement at any time during a given year. At the time of acceptance, the student may begin classes if school is in session.
Students who fail the entrance examination will be admitted to a lower grade based on the recommendation of the Admission Committee and the availability of space.
03. Preparatory Center
The entrance requirement for AIMS Preparatory-Center stipulates that the applicant must be 2 years, 8 months at the time school begins or must turn three during the first semester of school or by December 31. Students who are less than three years old in August must pass the pre-school readiness test for admission. Students who turn three years old after December 31 of the current school year will not be admitted to the Preparatory Center.
04. Assessment Test
An assessment test is used to determine the applicant’s proficiency in the English language in the following areas:
- English Language Skills;
- Oral Reading and reading comprehension;
- Mathematics concepts and problem-solving.
05. Committee Approval
The AIMS admissions committee will approve applications:
- depending on the vacancies available;
- provided the school can meet the child’s educational needs;
- provided the child can meet the school’s registration requirements.

Accepted students will need the following items to complete the registration process.
For International Families
- Entrance Fee
For Students
- A copy of passport & Visa
- A copy of medical records
- 4 recent color photos (1″x1.5″)
- Official Transcript of Records (for transferees)
For Parents/Guardians
- A copy of Passport & Visa
- A copy of medical records
- 2 recent photos (1″x1.5″) of:
- each parent of guardian
- any person that parents would like to give permission to pick up the student
For Thai Families
- Entrance Fee
For Students
- A copy of the Residence Certificate
- A copy of medical records
- 4 recent color photos (1″x1.5″)
- Official Transcript of Records (for transferees)
For Parents/Guardians
- A copy of each parent’s resident Certificate & ID Card
- A copy of medical records
- 2 recent photos (1″x1.5″) of:
- each parent or guardian
- any person that parents would like to give permission to pick up the student
